Thanks to the SESA project, we have developed a course on rural Internet Access. The course starts with a Rural InfoSpots overview and has the following parts

L1: Regional Competence Centre (RCC) for connectivity and local inclusion

  • Competence Centres at Universities & Tech Centres
  • Students configure & connect communities
  • Knowledge answering the needs
  • Build your own RCC

L2: Regional SESA InfoSpots for energy empowerment

  • Wireless Information Spots (InfoSpots)
  • Reaching out 20+ km to mobile network
  • Affordable solution
    • OPEX <20 USD/month – CAPEX
    • 420 USD equipment
    • 1200 USD install & training

L3: Digital inclusion and sustainable development in rural areas

  • Identify your Community Spot
  • Measure the mobile network
  • Establish Connectivity

L4: Providing Information on Energy

  • Knowledge for Climate Actions
  • Locally available, free of charge for everyone

  • Local language support
